New Service: Thunderhub!
Today we are excited to announce Thunderhub as the latest addition to the Start9 Service Marketplace! You can view the source code here.
Overview
Thunderhub is a dashboard management tool for LND. It makes common tasks of channel management and Lightning Node Operation significantly easier to visualize and understand. It plugs into any existing LND node including the one that is already running on your Embassy.
Instructions
- Install Thunderhub from the Start9 Service Marketplace
- Configure it with the LND node you wish to connect to (the one running on your Embassy is prefilled in the configuration menu).
- Click
start - Use the password in your
Propertiesmenu for Thunderhub to log into the appropriate account - Control and gain insight into your Lightning Node
- Bookmark this site for future use.
Notes on Backups
All data associated with your Thunderhub service is contained within LND. So uninstalling Thunderhub does not put your funds at risk, and correspondingly any backups of your funds should be done on your LND service.

If you are new to the Lightning Network and want to know what nodes to connect to, we recommend connecting to the Start9 HQ node. We will do a partial match of qualifying liquidity allocated to our node and you can get more details by asking in our support channel.
